Brant,
Not trying to photo bomb your post as I have never seen a delivery van but, I seriously know all about the parts used for and what it takes to build this exact motorized delivery tricycle from the movie NACHO LIBRE starring JACK BLACK if anyone is interested in fabricating one. There were 3 made and used in the movie for different scenes and functions.

Same plant. They look the same; totally recognizable, in use.

Surf racks, ridden daily; ordered on-line 2022 (Black bike by the shower). ...seems nobody cares.
I dream about ordering an Ice Cream trike, switchin to slingin IT'S-IT ice cream sandwiches at the beach, all year-long.

At the McDonnell Douglas plant in St. Louis there were countless Workman three wheelers in use. All of them had brake shoe hubs like on the Krate’s. There were so many that we had a bicycle shop dedicated to maintaining them. There were 3-4 guys working full time to keep them serviced. There are many new ones in use at the now Boeing plant. Every once in a while you would see an old one. I never saw one that the front brake worked on it. The old ones probably had tens of thousands of miles on them.
