My advice is to not buy individual replacement parts but buy any complete hubs you find for a reasonable price. For example, the hubs have very few "wear parts" with the exception of the indexing spring. One extra hub in each color, will give you all the parts you would ever need.

Great advice, I just happen to rarely see them for a reasonable price locally. You already know eBay prices. But I did pick up a set for $15 thanks.

Yes shows “discs” in red band not “shoes” , “discs” biggest fail in design waiting to happen (if you like stopping in time) like ND hubs - first thing I do with Nice S2’s chuck the rear ND hub hahahahaha - will trade nice red band automatic (good brakes) for 36H blue or yellow

Of course anyone would want that trade because the blue bands are three times more expensive I see the red bands or $100 usually the last few blue bands have been $300.
