Bicycle saddle fabric needed

The two posted images are of the original saddle from a 1966 girl's Columbia Fire Arrow with the "Summer Fun Metallic Pink" paint.
The second image shows a close up of what I would call the 'glitter' fabric used to cover the seat (worn off on the top of the saddle in the first picture).

I'm hoping someone has a suggestion of where I might find this type of fabric. The upholsterer I consulted showed me a sort-a close facsimile and wanted to charge $260 to redo the saddle. After I recovered from my cataplexia, and asked him what he thought about my attempts at "re-glittering" the fabric (this is going to be a display bike in a museum, so will never be sat upon), he told me it wouldn't work.

We'll, if I don't find some sort of fabric, I guess there's no harm in trying to re-glitter the fabric.

Any help would be appreciated.

Check boat upholstery places. They may have some dead stock?

Try searching "quilted" or "heat seamed" "pleated" vinyl.

Boat part number 1047835 is a new, off the roll, increment of almond colored, heat pleated vinyl from Carolina Seal and Quilt, part number 11927319 .

$260 is not unreasonable to recover a one off, rotten saddle if you just drop it off then pick it up refreshed with specialty materials, especially if it's a quality job.

That is a Persons Bicycle Seat and can be easily found on eBay for a very reasonable price.
