My 2 cents worth is bikes, cars, anything rare and collectable fakes are out there.
Then a really knowledgeable expert comes along and says this is fake because of a,b,c, and d. So it's back to the drawing board and a,b,c,d get "fixed". Eventually it's hard for even an expert to tell.
Years ago I bid on a rare car on eBay. The seller said the previous owner installed something which I changed because that car never came with it. I wrote seller privately saying when you took that part off what was stamped behind it? He wrote back I never noticed then took it off eBay.

That is true about the molding but i think thats a real Bowden bike that was on the Pawn Stars someone just added that extra molding and the seat is wrong

OK so i have 17 of them and one reproduction Bowden bicycle .The frame i would think is not a orig Bowden frame since every part on the bike is 100% wrong.The crank is wrong and like most bikes they dont brake offen so why would someone replace it.I dont want to put the bike down but to even make it look real would not be cheap but i have seen repos sell from 6 to 12 grand and even more sold as an orig bike that was not .This could be made into a nice looking bike but will take work..
