I`m guessing 1950`s? Headbadge is missing, so not really sure about this one. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Columbia but need a serial number to be sure.
I beleive late 50's or early 60's.
I want the fender ornament. Really I want it!!
It would look great on my FireArrow.

Here is my 69 Columbia crusier that I'm selling but, for your reference.
Here is Mr Columbia's link for year serial numbers. You can find it on the left rear axle mount of the frame (rear dropout)

Thanks for the quick reply. The serial number is N029285. Does that mean it`s a 1950? 1964? The guy I bought it from told me he thought it was from the 50`s, but he didn`t sound too sure of himself.

1965

6 digits after the letter N should be 65
5 digits after the letter N would be 50

if I'm deciphering it correctly
So 1965 is my choice

I do find it has more of a 60`s look, but the 1965 serial numbers are N375000 - N817898, which doesn`t really agree with my N029285. I`m a little confused...

1964

Sorry about the confusion...I do that alot.

I went to another source (oldroads) and found this listing with the correct serial number span
1964
1964 N-26184 through N-370693

Here is the link

And Mr. Columbia's list also has your serial number under 1964...my bad for giving you the wrong year...I'm old and crusty like my bikes.
1964.……N26184 - N370693

Again here is that link

Ha ha! Old and crusty or not, you`ve helped me a lot with this. So 1964 it is -- thanks so much!!

Yeah, Columbia actually recycled their serials every 15 years so it's part eye as well as a number with them but '64 is a go there.
