Delta light Question

The people I bought the Shelby collection from a few months back got ahold of me they found some more parts. One of the parts is a Chrome Delta winner light. I’ve never seen a Chrome one and was wondering if it was originally Chrome or if he took it apart and had the Shell Chromed. I’ll have some pictures later today when I go pick everything up
