I’ve never made anything like this before, so I figure I need to build a model…

I looked everywhere for a container for the horn!
large water bottles? Specialty containers? Craft stores… nothing!
then I was at Kirklands and spotted this flower holder…$20 perfect!

Back to work building a plexiglass frame to hold the battery and horn…

I added foam around the battery to keep it safe from any vibrations.
the horn is mounted to the grill then held in place with three self tapping screws…

Mocked up with the jug in place…

Got the wheels back and on fir a quick look…

I keep thinking I would use leather belts or straps to hold the horn…

I didn’t think the belts would hold the horn tight enough so I opted for some large hose clamps and a set of 4x4 speaker mounts…
