I’m thinking with the early marrow Hub
To be dated after 1902-04
No dropstand nor is fender fit for clip
Excellent Original paint - black , blue darts and pins with gold stripes
Killer chain ring - Possibly emblem
Rear rack unique with with 6 attached
Loops holding rear stays
Excellent saddle
Mix grips with one being short bulldog .
Petrified whitewalls.
painted wood rims matching bikes paint colors ( black with blue strips - gold pins)
Front has much better paint than rear
Wheels both pretty straight with small warp
Overall nice example - I do not see any concerns or major damage and or dents
