Hi Brant

Eventually I have joined this group and found a way to contact you.

I recently bought a Clement engined bicycle that was not in running order. The rocker that you are looking for is very simple to manufacture from 1/4 plate steel. The intake and exhaust fittings are a bit more difficult but I have just ordered a 20mm x1.5 mm die and will check that this is the female thread into the head. I was looking at using malleable iron pipe fittings that look suitably authentic. It’s a bit late right now over here in U.K. to go out to the workshop but will send you a drawing of the rocker in the morning.

Best regards

Guy Greaves ([email protected])
PS I’m off to Portugal soon to purchase a 1902 Clement bicycle.

1905 Wagner. Serial # 127. Believed to be the Oldest Wagner known to exist from that company. There is an upcoming auction from an estate that claimed to have a 1901 ( first year from that company ) but that claim has not turned out to be verified.
