Found Early Postwar Paramount fenders/wire type braces.

Just as a follow up to the discussion here, I rectified the issues I was having with the rear braces, thanks to @JSchwinn and his generosity.
It turns out, that both the front and upper rear braces are the same part, and only the lower rear is longer on the Paramount Tourist frame application.
The rear brace was made as discussed at 14” inches even.
The fenders fit snug, but there is plenty of clearance all the way around with the S-6 rim wheelset.
The S-8 rim with the Schwinn Puff, high pressure tire option would have even greater clearance.
So even though it looks tight, everything is very well fitted.

Now I’ll I have to do, is fit the brake cables, and this one is ready for the road.

Flipping that upper brake bridge bracket around, turned out to be exactly the right remedy for the tall frame application.
