Bottlecap badged Elgin. Wanting to say the frame was built by Excelsior by the details.
Nice tall frame. Seat post is about 20.5" tall.
Frame has no cracks and the only dent I found was a very small one one the right rear stay. Pictured.
Fenders show a little roughness under the paint and have a few dents, but they shouldn't need much work.
Fork is almost too short. It does still have several threads and will work as it should. Pictured.
Nice start for a fresh paint job of your choosing.
