I have a 3-speed Trac Manufacturing Corporation "Beach Cruiser" with a ruined crankset that I picked up at a yard sale; but unfortunately I can find absolutely nothing regarding the manufacturer on the internet. The frame is marked "Made in Mexico" and there is a label from a bike shop in Tuscon, Arizona. Any advice on substituting the crankset inexpensively? Also, any information on "Trac Manufacturing Corporation?" In all my years researching on the web, including eight years as a librarian, this is the first time I've ever struck out using search engines!

Crankset

If it is a one piece crank then it should be fairly common. If you could post a picture on this site someone should be able to help you.
Good Luck

HI! I recently discovered my Mother's old beach cruiser and it is also a TRAC. I am going to try and restore it and I was wondering if you discovered anything else about this TRAC bicycles because I am having an extremely hard time! It's almost as if this bike company didn't really exist!

Value of trac Beach cruiser?

Hi, was wondering of anyone might have an idea of how much this bike might be worth. Thanx

Probably about $35-50. These look to be very cheaply made bikes on par with Walmart offerings that will never be collectible. Ride it until it breaks then throw it away! V/r Shawn
