@WillWork4Parts The frame is not house paint. I think it is original............what's left of it. The forks as well.......just all green. The tank came from a different bike. It was in real rough shape when purchased........so I threw on what I had layin' around.

In Junior High mid 1960's kids would use a metal bed headboard and make it into a bike. Pedals would be way up on the top. They would climb up a fence to get on it. Love to see a picture of one.
