Nr. 5 in first post would be considered a track bend due to deep drop and absence of "corners" on the top

if no marking in centre area there may be a marking on one of the ends, right is more common than left

The Cinelli's will have a model # on the end of the right side.
And they do ... Del MONDO=16, Giro=17, the two other Cinellis (cleaner) still have the stamped numbers (14 and 18) but the direction of the stamping is reversed

No markings discernible on either but there is a heavy coat of "patina" and rust on both.

17D and 15 maybe ?
You guessed mod numbers...and I can't even find one reference guide to all these. I know Giro is 64, Campione is 66 - but that is because they seem to be two of the most popular designs. Bike Recyclery has a mod 14 on its page as part of a collection not for sale. I haven't found anything on an 18. Can you point me to a site or guide identifying the models and characteristics? Any help appreciated

#4 of the 5 appears to be Lauterwasser style from what I can find ...leaving the 5th as a track probably but from when?
