Kirby kind of resembles a Dayton fork and truss rods, but the crown on the fork is different. It appears to have several parts from other bikes because doesn't appear to be a Davis built frame.
Taller 1920's GWM truss fork cut-down; early ~1930's Snyder frame; more modern (Westfield?) sprocket.
Any clearer view of the bridge between the seat stays (some pencil thin & straight)?
Looks like an intermediate size seen on some Montgomery Ward Hawthorne Trail Blazers (~4"+ head tube?).
Some of these have been found with a single letter stamped on bottom bracket crank hanger.
