Huffy Cheater or not?

Huffy made and branded bikes for many retailers over the years. Yours has the earlier Huffy chain ring and was probably built before they started putting names on the chain guards. Looks like they had no idea what a cheater slick was. Here's a 1968 Cheater Slick model, yours has to be one of the first Huffy versions of the Sting Ray style. Not counting the real early Penguin. What's the serial number?
The Schwinn Sting Rays were on the streets in the Summer of 1963.
