All those popped up on marketplace more than a year ago. At the time, his biz page showed it, really clearly, as a big load of consignment or buy-out. Said sumn like: 'U never know what's going to come in...'
Seemed an old timer'd passed & left behind a collection of 'close nuff 4 now' projects (that'd once brought him joy to fix up.)
The load reminded me of a HUGE indoor/outdoor flea market in the early 80s (in the same exact area.)
There was an old bike or two in almost every room of that place, and it had a hella lot of rooms.😊
Seemed the kind of thing where the owner's personal collection spilled into taking up room from business (but that there were plans to eventually have an organized display room.)
Possible it's from that.

Things are weird when on consignment (in that big of load, that's not up to par.) Fam would prolly expect grandpa's bikes are worth big bucks, cosigner's job is basically to be a shyster ~ so it's just a mess to avoid.

I messaged that the men's Huffman can't ride with it's Women's Springer as is.
He never changed description or price.
Bolts aren't connected to the steering tube's bracket on this Springer. Because the girl's forks were way taller than on boy's
