Hi all, first post.

I picked up an early Jamis cruiser last weekend and am trying to identify the model and year. I'm assuming it is a very early Jamis Boss Cruiser, but there are a couple questions still in my mind. First, the serial number is F6075579 but in looking at the Asian Serial Number Guide, that doesn't seem to line up unless I'm reading it wrong. Second is the mounts on the fork. Most certainly a Jamis fork, but the mounts have me a bit stumped, but figure it was something other than just a standard Boss Cruiser. Any help is much appreciated!

My Boss Cruiser is serial number F2030295.
I emailed Jamis and asked if they knew what year it was made and they said that wasn't the serial number and that I could find it under the bottom bracket.
So I sent them a photo of the bottom bracket with the serial number and also an overall all photo of the bike.
I never heard back from them. Figures.
I'm guessing both our bikes are very early.

I emailed Jamis this morning and got a pretty quick reply:

"I’m sorry, but we do not have information on that serial number due to the age."

Better than no reply, but not much help.
