cr250mark
Cruisin' on my Bluebird
Late 1890’s Crawford
Great Bones , tall frame
Wheels spins freely - great wheel set - early matching hubs , wood wheels are nice have a
Small wobble but nothing terrible , no major damage
Original early solid white petrified rubber
Still holding a great true round plump form for display
Rear original riding or mounting peg on back axle ( put here for the convenience to get on this tall boy , making the transistion from riding those high wheelers )
Pressed pins out of crank arms to make it
Shippable.( pictured separately)
1 arm nice and straight - other is bent slighlty
But can be straightened easily I believe with a little patience .
Killer “ Crawford” scripted pedal set ( great patina)
Crawford as seen stamped into blocks
1 block is rough but hopefully can be heated and Salvaged .
Early saddle
This model is fendered version which is bad as……. Love this about this bike.
Killer early sloped bars
Light hanger remnant
1 side of this bike must of faced the sun and the other not.
1/3 has a little pitting the rest of this bike
Has early original or possible early house paint in a cool grey green color
Og black still present on fenders
Could use a bar mounted spoon brake
Lower crown mounting hole is ready
Or leave as is , whichever you prefer.
Tool bag has nothing to do with this bike
Just had sitting around and figured looked
Better hanging than in a drawer.
Please reference pictures let me know
If I missed anything, I’d be happy to
Answer any outstanding questions.
This ride is not perfect , but boy she sits
So pretty …. Great stance on frame with these sloped bars.
$1350 shipped ( possibly delivered to west bend )
