Here's the deal: I picked these parts up in a lot buy of bicycles and parts. I know absolutely nothing about them other than there's two complete examples for sale on eBay for $600+.
If I have them priced too high, make an offer. If I have them priced too low, you get a bargain. I have no use for them. The handlebars go to something else but are included if wanted. I can deliver to Memory Lane or Monroe if paid in full. Otherwise, I think shipping will run $25 or so.
