Diamond Back forks.
The chrome handlebars measure 26" across and do have dings on the top crossover tube that can be seen in the pictures.
These handlebars are not stamped and don't have any stickers on them. They came off a vintage 1980's Diamond Back.
This frame is really nice and has not been cut out for a kickstand. The previous owner stated this frame was a "polished wall hanger" on display at a bike shop around the Central Valley of California. This frame has no engraving, repairs or modifications.
