Need assistance identifying bike

I am trying to find the full information on antique red bike before selling it to know the true value as it is older

The person using has a license that expired in 1967

My findings so far:

The manufacturer was Westfield manufacturing company which existed 1916-1961.

The model on the rear dropout /morrow hub states “new departure model d made in USA “

The brake used was in 1941-1949 according to websites as brake arm states “new departure = brake”

Well, value is subjective, it’s a great bike

I’m seeing a repaint and mix of parts. I think it would be tough to pull $75 on that one.

Might look on the bottom bracket crank hanger for a serial number and prefix letters.

For examples, E\G in 1940, or F\H in 1941.
