I can damn near tell by the looks of the rear adjusters if it wasn't for the display stand / pic quality. Pretty sure my '53 CW gender bender project is Identically curved but the girls version. I don't know a lot but when it comes to CWC frames they tend to stand out kinda "chunky & curvy" looking so I love them

I also have an Evans frame, and it does not look the same, because of some differences.
He may have a CWC and don't even know it. Not uncommon for wrong info or slapping parts & badges on over the years as we all know. What confuses me though is actual Monark style frames built for CWC & If anybody can please inform me known info when that was taking place???
