1940 Shelby. Has the fatter seat post clamp. Rear rack and fork incorrect. Fork looks schwinn rack is shelby but newer.

Nope. Looks like a Shelby built Hiawatha with a CWC crankset. Not sure about year, but thinking late 30's or so.

It is pieced together with many non-original and incorrect parts....offer 1/2 after informing him of the truth.
