Orient tandem

I am new to this
I have a orient tandem racer
I’m guessing it is about 1900 or later
At some point it had been crashed
The front crank arm has been hammer welded together
The head set is not complete
I’m looking for information
The rims are G&j clincher
Hub is an elipse
My goal is to restore to as close to correct
I have the handlebars peddles are miss matched
I could sell
But what is it worth
Front wheel is getting respoked
It’s warped from a hundred years ago
I steamed it but it will never be true

There are no makings on the frame
The crank arms have a pat date of 1900

I have replaced the emblem
I don’t know if it’s correct
