As found on some meticulously restored Bicycles from Chicagoland Blue face clipper works as it should super nice face appears to be restored head well done Body paint at some point the whole thing done at a decent quality level very low miles showing not sure how accurate the reading is or if rolled back at some point I would say the number wheels were also restored replaced, etc.. Also, some effort went into this one standard length cable for 26 inch bicycle stem to axle. Just a nice piece unit that you could install on your best bike or even restored one and it would be a good fit Nicest pre-war clipper set up. I’ve seen in a long time small plating rub through the plating on the basil at 10 o’clock, revealing a bit of brass not very detracting. Overall, Stem bracket has been chrome plated note not shown but drive wheel gear included for hub.
