Here we have an Outstanding Blue Schwinn Aerocycle project.
The tank is an Original Steel Tank. It has had the bottom plates replaced at some point, and is missing the collar trim piece that goes around the headset, but it is a real steel Aero tank ! Paint is poor, front and rear lenses and bezels are reproduction. There is a Joint Crack where the top tube meets the seat tube (2nd photo); it will need to be repaired. Frame, fork, fenders, rack, saddle, bars, pancake horn are all original and real. Rims are rusty and painted silver, but Damn, this is a Handsome Aerocycle !!! Black and Blue way better looking than red and silver.
Great starter Aero; replace lenses/bezels as you find them, or just leave it as is !
Letting this go for 9300 . . Very Reasonable for a Real Aero
Bringing this bike to MLC or Monroe for pickup (or have a friend pick it up for you). If you live in CA, Quinn Fonseca has agreed to pick up at MLC and transport to CA for a couple hundred bucks. One of the most Iconic Prewar Bikes out there,
