Nor a Schwinn painted thing-a-ma-jig. Albeit it could be late 90-early 2000's deluxe black and red repo somebody house painted to look like phantom. Either way it's not a phantom and Schwinn is not known to have painted any of their Taiwan (tig welded) frames like it. Difficult to see for sure B/C of the very, very poor photos but the paint job appears to be way off too,..
I see these things on Craig's list, repainted like this and original; tig welded Taiwan Schwinn , l black and red deluxe; presumed to be phantoms all the time
