DOND Prewar Fork.

Up for sale on deal or no deal from what I was told is a Elgin Fork. It has an unusual cut out inside the fork. Not sure what model or models this fork design was on. Has original paint and pin striping on the side. Hopefully somebody can use it or chime in on it.
