Rare Schwinn Ladies bike FS Whole or Parts

This is an extremely rare variation of a prewar Excellsior Schwinn. $650 (I keep the tires) or if someone wants the parts to slap on a mens bike we can work that out too. CHROME Plated prewar Flared fenders? Thats Crazy!!! HUGE Chrome Guard.

Rad bike....my theory on this one...
Most Gothic Aluminum fender equipped 40's had this paint scheme, badge and guard..
possibly Schwinn ran out of the Alum fenders....? And ended up Plating the Autocycle/ Motorbike
fenders....which is what these are... to simulate or approximate the Gothic fenders.
The only chrome plated prewar balloon fenders I've ever seen on a bike...
Would also be a nice restoration project, hopefully someone buys the whole enchilada here..
