Wore out three sets of tires already!
Here it is so far. Even though I bought a new tube for the back, it went flat (with both a rim strip and duct tape over the strip, have to look where the hole is). A bit more adjustment of the hub, a replacement spoke for one that broke, and she ought to be good to go. A power drill with a wire wheel was my best friend on this one. Thanks everyone! --
