Riding my Motorbike
Sacramento is a great place for bike rides-its flat as a pancake and on weekends there is light traffic. There are two main ride areas-one which is several square miles full of beautifully refurbished Victorian homes with an occasional 'watering hole' in quiet neighborhoods. The other area where many of the rides go are on the American River Parkway which have no traffic/bicycle only paved trails on both sides of the American River which surrounds the older part of Sacramento. Several bicycle groups have sponsored rides thru the years both monthly and annual events and all have been successful and fun. All forms of bicycles are welcome.
