Schwinn 1974 Stingray custom

I bought this bike locally on Christmas Eve. early morning as I saw it advertised on a local selling platform. A custom cruiser looking bike 20" but what drawed me closer was the 20" genuine springer fork. A repainted bike not my likings but polished out decent. Missing the guard and aftermarket rear wheel and Schwinn S-7 it was a canidate to make a custom of some parts I had lying around. I spotted a NOS Union front expander the same Schwinn used on the photo ad 1968 "Orange Krate". I had it laced to a mint 20" S-2 12G wheel and added my accessores. It also features a 2-speed Bendix laced to a nice S-2.

I bought it that way how it looks. Rear wheel 1998-2001 Shimano coaster brake and from Schwinn S-7, Troxell seat, 20" genuine springer fork. The seller try to get it to look Opaque red but not close. I compound it and buffed it out for now. For a ride bike it will do.
