Here's a picture of the handlebar grip maybe to help identify the handlebars

Schwinn tubular S7 rims are correct for middleweight bicycles. The grips look generic. Looks like you're also missing the brake arm clamp. Do a search for ways of cleaning chrome. Those wheels and the other chrome parts should clean up nicely.

I bought a girl’s Deluxe American complete - headlamp, tank/horn, and OE rack, grips, and pedals for $60. I bought it for those accessories. Everything was great until I opened the headlight and found corroded batteries that had leaked into the headlight shell. When I took the shell out of the Evaporust, it looked like Swiss cheese. Most Schwinn middleweights that I find for sale are missing the headlight for whatever reason. I imagine battery corrosion in them just like I found in mine.
