You have some incorrect information. Frank V. Schwinn is not in your photo. You are correct that Ray Burch the VP of marketing is in the middle of the photo. The guy on the left of the photo is a TV personality and we were trying to identify him last week on a Schwinn Dealer poster.

Those sewn badges were about as popular as the ill-fated Schwinn Sting Ray windshield. Every dealership ordered a patch assortment, and then never reordered any fill-ins.
