The only other question I have is your thoughts on the rear rack paint and if the tail light is original.

Maybe it’s the photos, but the sheen, paint texture and wear doesn’t seem match the frame.

The rear rack I’m pretty sure is original, but think the tail light may be reproduction. It does have the ball bering in it that makes the stoplight work.
