I have to say, I don't think I've seen the steering set up like that on any tall bikes I've seen. I guess it might work .

I'm not sure what I'm more afraid of... the seat post/sissy bar setup or the fork to the stem?

Just because you had an idea after a few cases of PBR, doesn't mean you should execute it while still drinking the PBR.
