Look Ma, No Hands!
Hello Cabe experts,
Antique bicycle newb here, hoping some of you guys can help ID this, what I believe is TOC frame. Picked this up recently in central Maine, overall original green color, really nice filigree style pinstriping on the seat tube, top tube and down tube. Seamless frame with a threaded seat tube (coleted?) and horizontal drop outs. Unfortunately missing badge but with a rather distinct ghost pattern of the badge with what looks like to me 3 banners running at approx 40 degree across the front tube. The serial number, under the bottom bracket, I believe reads #14892. I’ve been trying to figure this out on my own, pouring through this forum and everything else I can find online, but have yet to deterimne anything conclusively. Obviously I understand that a complete ID may never happen. My hope is to, over time build this into something resembling what what it may have been, within reason and to what extent that may be possible. Looking for any information, ideas, thoughts, hints and clues you guys may be able to provide. If any additional pictures are needed to help ID pleas.let me know.

thanks
Jeffrey

Whoa B that is looking a pretty good for a match! HaHA Thank You!
Im gonna have to look into this builder....The funny thing is..before I saw your post, and because I'm a little crazy and wanted to visualize what I thought the badge might look like I built a quick model...It's looking pretty nice with your pic. You know when I bought this frame being a life long bike enthusiast but never a person who knew much about antique bicycles I thought it might be easy to match... Had know idea how many manufactures there were during this era..WOW.
