I’m not a big fan of the back and forth sports, so Hockey is way too mind boggling for me.
I can’t even see the puck most of the time.
The only reason that I like football, is because it develops slowly with moments of excitement when someone breaks out of the scrum.
(Excepting that really lame halftime show)
Come on man!
Now, Women’s beach volleyball is another that I enjoy watching, for obvious reasons, but other that that, the back and forth games are not really my thing.
But hey!
That sure looked like cool mini swap before the ride yesterday.
I’m sorry I had to miss it.
Oh, well!
Nothing says I love you, like an old bike freak willing to miss a swap and ride for her birthday.

I should have been bidding on a bicycle chain as opposed to watching bits and pieces of a lame one sided NFL game that I didn't/don't care about! Ha!! I'm kinda a fair weather sports guy, don't watch much TV at all. If our hockey or CFL team suck I don't watch. Being Canadian ( a generalization/but most get some of it in our faces growing up) I watched some hockey from the cradle but was never a great player, and much like yourself, don't glue myself to any back and forth. I could dig beach vollyball, but it's never on here, or I don't look.

That swap meet looked well attended and decent stuff, bet there was a NOS Diamond skip tooth chain for a good price! You are a good man to miss a swap for a Bday ride. I won't say on a bike or did I? Ha!! Take care! Bob

just an idea would be to stagger it exactly between the 2 cyclone coaster pike meets - one for each season
