I'm the Wiz, and nobody beats me!
I’ve been working on a 1947 Schwinn, Paramount, Sport Tourist model, and in the process, have become intrigued with the Clubman style touring bikes.
I didn’t see a thread devoted solely to the Clubman type bike, so I figured there ought to be a place to show vintage lightweight touring bicycles.

Most of these tended to be British, but the style was not completely confined to the British mount.
So whether your bike is French, German, Italian or even American, let’s see your classic touring bikes, literature, or any other interesting ephemera you’ve come across.
Here’s how AI describes the type;

Frank W. Schwinn was a genius. My second bike was a 1954 wine red Raleigh 3 speed. I tend to admire touring bikes. This thread should be a good place to tell the world that Schwinn wasn't just a one-trick pony. I still am amazed that people were sold on the idea that Schwinn bikes were too heavy. I have finally dialed-in my Super Le Tour and we went for a little ride earlier today.
