Here is a single, tough-to-find Delta D-cell battery tube clamp. Clamp is complete (minus green felt) and original, including original screw and bolt. I've made no attempt at cleaning or polishing so you may do so or leave as-is to show some age. $52 NOW $45 shipped in the US.
