Thank you everybody for being patient and letting me finish out my posts. I will probably keeping adding to this but for now I'm alright. Please feel free to post any info on saddles you have. If you could try to include dates on the info that would be appreciated.

A Holy Grail Christy, the heavy duty leaf spring model that was produced for early motor tricycles, motorcycles, and motorbikes. This one was produced for the European market; I have yet to see this model in the U.S.

Here is a saddle I am trying to find and if anyone has one let me know.
I am told it is a HUMBER (ENGLISH MFG) brand from the late 1880's.
Rear spiral wound spring is a flat type spring and the front spring is a single wound coil made of spring wire.
Are there any catalog or ad listings you (or anyone else) may have for it?

Any other markings on there. There's an ad from 1900 posted which I think was the first reference to troxel I found.

This is from a 1900 pierce catalog. The racers regular saddle was a troxel 20-a with a couple options one being a troxel 10-a.
