TRM Convertible Tanks

I ordered one of these tanks and it is a very nicely done piece- excellent design, engineering and execution! For me it's a perfect solution to what to do with a girls Astro Flite that's been hanging in the rafters for decades. Too nice to part out-not that there are too many parts on it to do that with- but if I fixed it up it would never sell- girls like 3 speed English Racers in my experience. So now with no welding I can make a zoomy middleweight! If you have the frame, you probably want this tank.

These tanks can be used on frames other than the Spaceliner or Flightliner bikes.

I've actually been wondering if some truss rod forks might work with the tanks. I googled a photo of a Higgins Color Flow and digitally fit a tank on it just to see. I like it, I wish I had one!

It would take a couple more months as I budget ahead and February is closed, but here is one to ponder.

The headbadge HAS to be worked in between the lights. I bought the tall sculpted 'V' badge for it and want to use it.

I don't hold any hope to get fender skirts. I have one member who said they'd look out for me a while back.

I'd love to have the Color Flow fenders and braces too. I was going to convert it to 1/2" as well.

Not tall enough, your head badge is almost as tall as the head tube. It would not fit on the front of the tank.
