Uncommon 30s Westfield seatbolt-mounted slatted rear rack

Here's a fairly uncommon 1930s Westfield seatbolt-mounted slatted rear rack. Straight, solid, and complete, including fender mounting screw and nut. Long ago overpainted what appears to have been originally dark maroon. Clean it up or leave it as is to show some age. These are truly like hen's teeth. $245 shipped in the US.
