I was thinking that was a bicycle fork that had been modified (somehow) to become a unicycle frame. There seems to be a fork-crown race pressed onto the fork-crown!

But... The closer I look the more l see unicycle. The fork tips have bearing clamps, the hub and seat are all unicycle...

What is the story behind this beauty?
