Wanted - Parts for an Elgin Miss America

My swap meet Elgin Miss America is missing a few components. Those components are:

The tank and front fender light.

I am also looking for a replacement rear rack.

Yea. I wasn't expecting to find a Miss America yesterday and when he told me the price. I wasn't haggling because he was just giving it away.
