Look Ma, No Hands!
I have an example of the 1939 Thetic "Super" Elliptical chainring but it seems that somewhere in the fog of time the 5-bolt crank arm was lost, so perhaps someone might have one hanging around? I know, it looks like a TA or Stronglight but none of mine fit properly (BCD different). Then again I don't have any TA or Stronglight crank arms from that era...
