Wards Hawthorne year identification needed

I have a Wards Hawthorne serial number G60694. I would like to find out what year it was manufactured and who made it. Any help would be appreciated.

With Hawthorne using many manufactures just the serial # doesn't tell much, pic would help.

This is a picture of my bike. The be reckoning for it that I could come up with was 1939, but I know very little on these matters. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated.

1946 Cleveland Welding ( CWC ) built Hawthorn with the wrong seat & pedals.
