Was anyone else drooling over this CCM Flyte?

This would have been one for the permanent collection for me. I was hoping it might fall through the cracks but it brought a fair price. Sold for $3600 CA with the premium, about $2800 USD.

I watched the auction also. Too far to go from me to attend in person. The Flyte was nice, went higher than I thought it would go for. I know of 4 Flytes in my city, have seen many over the years, some sold. Some went for under $500can, great prices. I was at a guys place 3 years ago, he had around 10 Flytes, all original survivors and very nice condition. Someday they will be auctioned along with his collection of stuff, 500 bikes or more, 200 wood rim bikes.

The Flyte went to San Diego. A friend of mine bought the Evans & Dodge Catalogue. He has a mans bike.
