The 15-l front bag is really useful. While it can carry my wet-wading boots and fishing bag, just above, it packed a 15-l Ice Mule and a 6-pack.
I have 3 rod/reel choices that fit in the half-frame bag, 6-pc fly rod, telescoping stream casting combo, 5-pc inshore casting.
